Where do you ship to?

We are currently shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

 

What does the shipment cost?

Shipping fee EUR 7.99.


When will you send my Happy Lamp?

We do our best to get your Happy Lamp quickly and safely packed with you. As a rule, the journey of the Happy Lamp(s) begins within 24 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take longer.


What travel time should I take into account?

Your Happy Lamp will be shipped to you by standard shipment and will usually arrive to you after 1-3 working days. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday.

We understand your enthusiasm and excitement when your Happy Lamp(s) are finally on the sidewalk. If you have created a customer account with us, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Then you can easily track your delivery status.
